Terms of Business - Philip Emery T/A Planet Indifferent

By engaging the services of Planet Indifferent you agree to the following:

That you are the owner of all plans, photographs, sketches etc provided and that you agree to their use in the production of 3D models, stills, and animations.

That any and all items of whatever description created by Planet Indifferent in the execution of your commission remain copyright and the property of Planet Indifferent, with the exception of the items you designate before work begins as deliverables, such as final 2D still(s) or animation(s). Copyright & ownership of the deliverables (and only the deliverables) transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.

That an updated Terms of Business may be provided to you at any point prior to agreement and that these terms are binding.

That payment for completed work must be made within 30 days of date of invoice.
